Returns and Exchanges Policy

Our main goal is to satisfy you, the customer.
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your items, you can return them for a full refund or you may exchange them for another product of equal or lesser value.

What do I need to return a product for a full refund?

The item must be unworn, in new condition and postmarked within 15 days of the shipping date. After 15 days you will no longer receive a full refund for a product returned.

After 15 days are up can I still receive store credit or exchange my product?

Unworn, in new condition and postmarked within 30 days of the shipping date will receive a store credit or can be exchanged for a different product.

Will my credit card be refunded?

If you are returning a product for credit the money will go back onto the credit card that was used to make the purchase.

Do I need to fill out a form?

Yes, you need to fill out the form that you can find here. On the top of the form there is an address that you will ship your return or exchange to.

How should I ship my package?

Make sure to seal the box as securely as possible. Privatestockmenswear.com is not responsible for any damages that are caused during return shipping. The customer must insure that the box is securely closed. You should also get a tracking number when you ship your package back to Privatestockmenswear.com. This will insure that you know when Privatestockmenswear.com has received your package. We do not accept C.O.D. The customer must prepay all packages before the package is sent back to Privatestockmenswear.com
